Vacuum Control Valve - Hi-Flow GZMS Style

The only vacuum control valve to use in large pump installations, the GZMS model can handle the largest vacuum pumps we sell and restrict the amount of vacuum you are pulling to your chosen set point ranging from 10" to 20". You can vary the opening start point and max vacuum point by installation of washers under the head of the .25" bolt. Initial tuning of the GZMS model is a bit more complex because the initial vacuum setting is determined by the installed spring height which is affected by the thickness of the valve cover the valve is installed in.

Easily dismantled and installs in any valve cover just by drilling a 5/8" hole and is secured by a billet aluminum 5/8 nut on the inside of the cover. Adjustment is made by changing the position of the Stainless Steel Cap Nut. The Stainless Steel Cap Nut includes a set nut underneath it to prevent the adjustment from working loose due to vibration.

We suggest the use of a vacuum control valve in order to limit the vacuum in the pan to a net value of less than 15” of mercury. This can only be determined through installation of a vacuum gauge plumbed into your valve cover and testing on a dyno or on the track.

Note: VCV102 requires 1.5" depth x 1" dia. clearance beneath top of valve cover or wherever it is to be installed.

GZMS Vacuum Control Valve - Designed to be installed in 5/8" hole in valve cover and has an aluminum nut that fits on the backside to retain the valve.

This kit features a VCV102 GZMS Vacuum Control Valve installed inside a VCB101 Oil Fill Assembly. Less holes to drill in your valve cover and makes for an easier setup. Fits in standard 1-1/8" grommet valve cover hole.

This vacuum control assembly incorporates our VCV102 vacuum control valve in a VCB100 breather assembly and prevents outside air from going through the motor. With this design, fresh air goes directly into the vacuum pump. Fits in standard 1-1/8" grommet valve cover hole. The billet body has (1) 1/2” pipe thread.

Combination Kit: VCB100 Breather along with a VCV101 Oil Cap with the VCV102 Vacuum Control Valve installed inside it. Breather and oil cap are 1-1/8" diameter to fit a standard valve cover grommet hole.

Includes VCV102 installed in a Billet body that may be installed into std 1.125” grommet holes in the valve cover. (2) 1/2" pipe plug ports to connect to the vacuum pump and opposite valve cover if needed. With this design, fresh air goes directly into the vacuum pump.

Includes VCV102 installed in a Billet body designed to be plumbed directly into the vacuum pump inlet port. Features (2) 1/2" & (1) 1" pipe ports. Includes 1/2" pipe to 1" pipe adapter and (2) #10 AN male AN Fittings. Fresh air design, when relief valve opens and brings fresh air directly into the vacuum pump. This prevents contamination of engine from outside air.

Vacuum Relief Valve VCV102 installed into our Billet Lock On Breather PN# VCB100A. This setup makes it a snap to install into thick, or thin Valve Cover with no welding required.

Special Vacuum Control Valve with Combo Oil Fill Cap for LSX Engines

This is the Billet Aluminum Oil fill cap we use in our LSX motor kits, it features a 1/2" pipe port with fitting for the vacuum pump inlet and a 3/8" pipe inlet with VCV103 budget vacuum relief valve. Valve is adjustable from 12 to 19" vacuum.
